dragon fruit iced matcha 🍵💗

In a small bowl, whisk the matcha powder and water until the matcha is completely dissolved. Place in the fridge to cool for about 10 minutes. While the matcha is cooling, froth 1/3 cup of the oat milk with the dragon fruit powder. Alternatively, if using fresh/frozen dragon fruit, add the milk and dragon fruit to a blender, blending until combined. To your cup add ice, the matcha mixture, the remaining 2/3 cup of oat milk along with the honey (or vanilla syrup), and lastly the frothed dragon fruit oat milk. Stir and enjoy!
